SHIPPING POLICY

  1. The terms of this shipping policy (the “Shipping Policy”) govern the shipping practices for the www.cuweeosity.com (“Website”).
  2. Little People Venture Edugames Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to us“we”, “us” or “our”), is a private company limited by shares and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its offices in Bangalore, India. Reference to “you” in this Shipping Policy refers to the users of this Website who have consummated a purchase on the Website.
  3. Shipping Policy

(a) We currently deliver products only in the territory of India. While we endeavor to deliver to all parts of India, deliveries to some parts of the country are limited by the reach of our logistic partners

(b) In the rare case we are unable to deliver to your address, your order will be cancelled and a refund promptly made to the card, bank account, wallet or any other mode of payment that you had used to make the payment on our site. We will also intimate you by way of an email confirming the same.

(c) Once your order is placed on the Website and the same is accepted, we will issue an email confirming your order.

(d) We endeavor to ship ordered products typically within 2 working days of order placement and confirmation. Upon successful shipment of an order, we will send you the details of the consignment to allow you to check the status of your order.

(e) The typical delivery date shall be within 7 days of shipping and in no event later than 14 days in the event of exigencies or delay beyond our control or the control of our vendors.

(f) In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver within 14 business days of placing the order, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts to the same account from which such payments were made from. In the event of part delivery of the order and we are forced to cancel the remaining order we will send you an email informing the same and refund any payment made against the unshipped part of the order to the account from which such payment was made.

(g) To ensure efficient delivery of the products, we use only reputed courier agencies.

(h) We endeavor to ship all items in your order together; however, this may not be always possible due to the product characteristics or availability.

(i) All orders will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price in accordance with the Indian Tax Regulations.

(j) The applicable cost for shipping orders is as follows: we are doing FREE shipping on all our products.

(k) If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order.

(l) In the event you choose return an order delivered to you, we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us, at our cost. However, if we ask you to self – ship your returns, you will be reimbursed a flat amount of Rs 50/- per order returned.

RETURNS POLICY

  1. The terms of this returns policy (the “Returns Policy”) govern the return practices for the www.cuweeosity.com (“Website”).
  2. Little People Venture Edugames Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to us “we”, “us” or “our”), is a private company limited by shares and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its offices in Bangalore, India. Reference to “you” in this Shipping Policy refers to the users of this Website who have consummated a purchase on the Website.
  3. Returns Policy

(a) We accept returns for a period of 14 days from the date the package has been delivered to you by our courier partners.

(b) We have a “No questions asked” policy for accepting returns. This means that we do not question the reasons you have for returning any product to us, and we will refund the full amount of the product as long as it has not been used or damaged and is returned to us in a saleable condition.

However, for our own feedback, we ask you to provide us with your reasons for return. But the reasons do not affect your eligibility for securing a refund from us.

(c) Condition of the product is assessed once it reaches our warehouse.

“Saleable condition” means that the product has been received in such a condition that it can be resold to other customers.

Elaborating further, it means that all the various items inside a box are present, in pristine and unused condition, all elements of the original packaging are intact and in general all elements of the product are free from damage and wear and tear.
Hence, we advise our customers to pack the product properly before handing it to the pick-up courier.

(d) To return any product, simply drop us a mail at feedback@cuweeosity.com.
In the subject line, please write “Product Return”. Also, please be sure to mention the email address that was used to book that order and also please mention the order number. You can find the order number in the email confirmation that we sent you upon successfully placing the order.

For our own feedback, we urge you to mention your reason for returning the product(s). Like we have said before, your reason(s) do not impact your chances of securing a refund from us. It only helps us improve and serve you better.

Upon sending the email, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the pick up details.

Now all you need to do it pack the product properly and carefully and wait for the courier to pick it up from you.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will assess the condition of the product and if it is saleable condition, we will initiate the refund process.

(e) In case Return Pick up is not available at your address, we will ask you to self-ship the product back to us.

In such a case, please place your order that you wish to return/replace in a shipping box with the original tags intact and with the original packing and seal the box securely and courier it to Little People Venture Edugames Pvt Ltd., 3310, 2nd Floor, 13th Main, 8th Cross, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560008. In such cases, you will be reimbursed a flat amount of Rs 50/- per order returned.

(f) Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at feedback@cuweeosity.com to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order number in the email. We will check the products for its condition and if found to be in a saleable condition we will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your courier.

(g) In the event of exigencies beyond our control or the control of our vendors, we may be unable to replace your order and in such unlikely situation, we will cancel the order and issue a credit note for the value of the cancelled products which will be credited to your account on the Website. This can be used to pay your subsequent bills. If you do not have an account on our site, we will create for you a special discount code for the same value which can then be redeemed on the website.

(h) When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items.
